    REIA Hard Money does not loan to individuals, so you will need to have your business LLC set up before moving forward with your pre-approval or loan application. Need help? Connect with our strategic partner law firm Zimmer & Rens, or a legal representative of your choice to establish your LLC.

  • 2. Connect and Get Pre-Approved

    Click here to connect with our team and we’ll reach out to you and get the ball rolling. Don’t wait until you have a deal - we’ll waive your $1000 Account Setup Fee if you are pre-approved with us before you have a deal under contract!

  • 3. Complete Account Setup

    Our team will assist you with setting up an account on our website. We collect all your business information up front to ensure a faster, smoother closing process when it is time to fund your deals.

  • 4. Submitting Loan Applications

    Pre-approved borrowers will gain access to our simple online loan application. It’s a one-stop shop where you can easily submit your deal information and upload your contract and other essential documents so we can move forward quickly. We aim for repeat business, so our system makes it easy for you to count on us for every deal.

  • 5. Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Loan Commitment

    Our third-party appraisal experts will swiftly evaluate your deal, taking into account factors such as After Repair Value (ARV) and exit strategy to determine if it aligns with our criteria for loan approval. We’ll send you a loan commitment for your approval outlining all amounts, rates, and terms for your loan.

  • 6. Closing - Start Your Project!

    We’ll disburse the funds required to secure your property at closing. We are also able to fund the cost of repairs to support the success of your project.
