Eric Lundberg
Co-Founder & Visionary
Since purchasing his first property in 1999, Eric built a career on acquiring, rehabilitating, and selling single-family homes and rental properties. Over the past two decades, he's not only developed a
thriving real estate business but also created multiple platforms to help other investors succeed. Through investing, mentoring, community-building, and financial solutions, Eric turns challenges into opportunities —empowering others to achieve success in Milwaukee’s real estate market.
Dan Farsht
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
For over two decades, Dan has been a top revenue & growth leader within multiple organizations. He has a keen and unique ability to identify, develop, cultivate, and nurture strong client/partner relationships that create mutually beneficial results. He thrives working in environments where growth, development, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial spirit are encouraged and celebrated. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at both RHM and Arc Capital, he oversees investor relations, capital raises, and borrower partnerships, ensuring projects are funded smoothly and investors see strong, reliable returns.
Melanie Shaffer
Transaction Coordinator
With over a decade of experience across multiple real estate sectors, Melanie brings deep operational expertise to every stage of the transaction process. She joined the team in 2025 to help scale operations and enhance the client experience through efficient, relationship-focused coordination.
