Financing is based on the property’s after-repair value (ARV), renovation scope, and resale strategy—not personal income. These loans help investors move fast while maintaining predictable terms.

Step 3: Complete Account Setup
Our team will assist you with setting up an account on our website. We collect all your business information up front to ensure a faster, smoother closing process when it is time to fund your deals.
Step 4: Submit a Loan Application
Pre-approved borrowers will gain access to our simple online loan application. It’s a one-stop shop where you can easily submit your deal information and upload your contract and other essential documents so we can move forward quickly. We aim for repeat business, so our system makes it easy for you to count on us for every deal.
Step 5: Due Diligence, Underwriting & Loan Commitment
Our third-party appraisal experts will swiftly evaluate your deal, taking into account factors such as After Repair Value (ARV) and exit strategy to determine if it aligns with our criteria for loan approval. We’ll send you a loan commitment for your approval outlining all amounts, rates, and terms for your loan.
Step 6: Close & Start Your Project
We’ll disburse the funds required to secure your property at closing. We are also able to fund the cost of repairs to support the success of your project.
