Due Diligence &
Loan Commitment
After we receive your loan application, our team will respond promptly. Our experts will quickly evaluate your deal, taking into account the After Repair Value (ARV) and Scope of Work to confirm it aligns with our criteria for loan approval. You’ll receive a Loan Commitment from us with your approved loan amount and all associated rates, terms, and fees so there will be no surprises at the closing table.
Preparing for Closing
After you have agreed to the terms of the Loan Commitment, our team will work diligently to ensure all essential documentation is prepared and ready for your closing. We’ll make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
