Our Strategic Partners
Zimmer & Rens provides professional legal services to real estate investors. They assist real estate investors with setting up the proper documents and contracts, and will work with clients to assert their rights in the event of a legal dispute. As a strategic partner of the Milwaukee REIA, Zimmer & Rens offers special incentives to our borrowers, including a $500 flat fee to create their first LLC.
Members Title Group is a title company that specializes in servicing real estate investors, providing software that tracks all of your closing documents and communications in one platform. They also provide digital signing/notary and remote closing services. Their sole focus is to protect the investor and their property. Milwaukee REIA members receive an exclusive discounted rate on their first closing with Members Title Group.
MB Capital Solutions specializes in helping business owners quickly access $25,000 – $150,000 in the form of Unsecured Business Lines of Credit. The business lines require no collateral & no financial documentation, only a personal guarantor. These funds can be used for earnest money deposits, gap funding, rehab funds, deposits for contractors, and more.
